Call Jeff knew I had been looking for a 148 yl being a newbie as we all know you cannot message or communicate with others until you jump through a bunch of Hoops .
I managed to acquire jeffs email address and send him an email asking him if he could send a message to the person I had an interest in buying their used 148 yl and asked if he would give them my number .
Whithin a couple of minutes I got an email back from Jeff stating that he had personal messaged the person and within 8 hrs I was opening up the box with my doll!
what is truly amazing is that customer service I got from Jeff and I was not even getting a call from him just another example showing him going above and beyond
