1. Are loose joints an option? I'd like 'em floppy
2. Is it available in ultra-soft TPE?
3. What would be the wait time from ordering it to receiving it? I'm in S. Dak. U.S.A.

Yes, floppy is a free option.
The super soft TPE is doable, but does cost more.
