Fixing up a 2011 ruby doll

This girl was in great shape for as old as she is.
Her breast had deflation and nipple parting.

Wowee! Mishkas air pump idea makes this much easier.

After inflating through the pinned down nipple.

Fast tip. A little plumbers putty around the lip of the pump and the canula causes it to hold well in place.

Only problem is leaking from the breast to the core.
Solution open her at the seam, observe is the surface is oily or slick in any way(gel migration) apply a smaller amount of acetone for both surfaces regardless.
Have a spanner to hold her open. Let dry ten minutes or until dry. Apply a thin layer of silicone caulking color unimportant.and apply it over the core. Have plenty of ventilation and a fan to push it outside.

Next time will be my hip repair ciao for now

Her hip has been finished a couple of days

The foam i used worked to seal it up great!
Almost all of her flesh it put back too.

Great work Sammy, she is coming along well, as a question what bonding sealant compound did you go with..as she may have been pre platinum blend.

No such thing. Ruby 13 dolls have always been patinum cured silicone.

This doll ia really soft platinum blend. I used store bought caulking to put her sk8n to the foam. Anad acetone and sil-poxy to fix her wounds. My repairs are coming out virtually seamless! She is the softest silicone doll i have ever gotten my hands on. It is a pleasure to the late Don's workin person and have a chance to repair her.she is ruby # 13 to roll off the line and i am lucky enough to havethis experience. She is in on consignment and repair.
Almost forgot for the lips i used a food grade rtv 4500 mixed with a mineral spirits.

Impressive repairs, and the final part her eyes looked scary when putting the finger in, but then when done is perfect. Funny looking face

wonder how she looks with a wig.
As you know i don't know much about this world, but what is weird to me is, how can it be so soft silicon from 2011? i thought they were making blend progress now to make them softer.
