Thanks! Holly can cook with me anytime... but I have to make a confession so people don't get the wrong idea: I'm still learning, I help, chop, stir and supervise (!) a lot, but Brian does most of the cooking!

Hi Emma!

Yeah, kinda like a frying pan, but thinner. It's cool how you decide how much to make, too... you don't just add more ingredients to a big pan... each Paella pan is sized for a certain number of people to make sure that all the rice mixture has even contact with the bottom of the pan, and once everything is in the pan you don't stir it at all. The "crust" that develops on the bottom is considered a tasty delicacy for everyone to share at the end of the meal.
Oh - I love tunics! They make such great mini dresses!

Shelby if you could send me or RC that recipe I'd like to try it. We always looking for simple recipes. I'll have to have a talk with RC about ham sammiches.

Wow! I'm so flattered you liked it! That was actually a Wal Mart find... I'm so "tiny" up top I have trouble finding things to fitme, and that was a girls size 6X. They had a few other colors, too!

Shelby is a Happy Camper today... she has a new neck! Well, more precisely today she got her Magnetic Mounting kit from Jeff, and after we installed it and she saw how good it felt not to do the whole Linda Blair/Exorcist thing anymore she loves it! Instead of having to turn and turn and wonder if you're going to come to the end of threads before you think, and having to over-turn her head to get it in the right position finally for a photo, you just lightly turn and it stays right where you put it thanks to the magnet and a felt washer. Definitely a "must-DO" upgrade in my opinion!

That's excellent news, Brian. You would think something like that would be standard kit, but thankfully there are clever folks who make things like this regardless. Shelby looks great as always!

I was going through some clothes and trying to decide what to wear today, and I thought, "Wait a sec!"

I'm a "Booty Call" gal so I need a pair of booty shorts to wear! Dug out a pair of jeans that had some tears in them and the scissors, and "Voila!" Daisy Duke, eat your heart out! Now if I just had a car like General Lee!
