As I mention in the emails, look like they ship the doll face down. It's pressure and it will eventually position in it right position once you position the boob laying down for now with the arms correctly hold it up for weeks. I suggest storing her laying in bed for now to reduce gravity pull on the breast and to keep the boob in the position you want with the arms holding it as I've shown you in the email. Big doll like this usually send with the ass flat, but looks like they ship your doll upside down.

Man i think i got lucky with my shipping. No issues with my one at all. If you have a look at the first photos in this thread you see exactly how she came the second i unboxed her.
I would think her boobs will 'straighten' out over time. I first stored mine with her arms crossed under her boobs and they adopted the shape of her wrists where it was pressed against them. After that i changed the position and the 'dents' filled out again. May take some time but i think they will reshape. maybe help them by massaging them into shape
