Very nice photos and the wig, look exactly the the 3d toon photos.

Sorry about the shipping. The doll is heavy and if you place it upside down it is very difficult for the neck to support it even if the box was securely packed. Glad to know it didn't break. I will talk to factory about doing something, maybe better labeling to show which side up etc, but not sure if shipping carrier will even follow the instruction. We try fragile label didn't seem to work.

The carriers moving, transporting or delivering the box need to look at the arrow or arrows on the box & keep them pointed up. For decades when i worked in the trade at a wholesaler, a dealer & a few others we always had this problem to some extent. Trucking companies breaking down pallets labeled all over the pallet(s) & on the bill of lading, DO NOT BREAK DOWN, some would always break them down to fit more cargo on their truck. The only way to get them to stop is by contract, ship as per bill of lading or you don't get fucking paid. The arrows are often ignored, some have went to the arrow exception indicator device that will show that the box has been tipped or roughly handled some only do tip others do tip & shock. Add a piercing alarm 150db warning that cannot be turned off or repeatedly yells stupid fuck do you have shit for brains might help.
