Shipping to USA

Because of recent increase in volume shipping to USA there will be delay in shipping your doll to USA. If you got a tracking number, but it isn't showing up or moving, for now this is normal. Your package may be moving but it isn't trackable as of yet. It normally will be when it arrived in the USA. Normally, we would expect you to see the tracking moving a week after we provide you the tracking number, but you can always contact us for update every 3 days or so.

You might end up with the following situation: tracking isn't displayed, tracking haven't left China or tracking not moving at certain destination like stoppover in Japan or South Korea.

This is normal for now until the volume issue is resolved. Shipping is beyond our control, but we hope the shipping company such as FedEx will get problem resolved soon.

Just want to give everyone a headup if you did get your tracking but it isn't moving. Contact us if you have questions.

On line, I had someone whose doll was in Alaska.
It s/b four days to get to the east coast, right?
NOPE!
It was to the east coast in one day!
