Sunny arrived Feb 1st at around 2:30pm. Was a exciting day and was keeping an eye on the delivery status very closely, always exciting getting something in the post you've been waiting for anxiously. Having owned a Doll back in 2010, she was starting to degrade a little... and her heavy weight was a issue so I didn't bring her out as much as I would have liked to.
I've been on and off on the DF but never really kept up to date, but recently this year I took a browse through the forums to see what new technology and dolls are available in the market. I never heard of TPE when i was buying my first doll and i researched and found that they are cheaper then most silicone dolls and softer too, so i took the dive and here i am now with the review
.What I was looking for was a slightly smaller doll but ultimately wanted the weight to not be too heavy. As moving/posing and play will be easier. I got a WM Doll because of the price and looking through various galleries i was attracted to the body and faces available.
I got my Doll through The Doll House vendor which made things very easy, I didn't have to deal with customs or pay any hefty fees compared to when I bought my first Doll imported from the US. Phil who owns the site was very helpful with everything and all my questions, so big props to him for making it possible and also for being a really nice guy.
I bought my Doll around 2am in the morning of the 5th of January, pretty late but I couldn't decide if I wanted a 140,145 or 156 doll so it was a hard decision which kept me up!!! but i think i made the right choice in the end. She arrived at the 1st of Feb so just a little over 3 weeks which was pretty quick considering it came from China first. (My first doll in comparison took almost 6 months to arrive!! so this felt not much wait time at all).
Packaging and unboxing:
The box wasn't too big it measured 135cmx43cmx28cm. What I was surprised was the weight when the doll was first in it. Felt like a ton of bricks especially getting it up the stairs! Foam padding surrounded the dolls body and was covered by a nice soft pink blanket
. The head was wrapped in a lot of foam and i didnt see any damage to the doll at all which is great. As promised as well during the promotion the doll came with 3 free wigs as well.
- Insert: Textured inside and a little tricky to put inside the doll. Insert isnt as soft as the doll and is different coloured compared to the doll.

- Head: Nice makeup and eyelashes have no damage. Has Oral function.

- Breasts: Soft to the touch and jiggle when warmed.

Pretty much spot on around 140-142cm including the head so she is a little short, but nice petite. She weighs approx, 60 lbs/27kg about 5kg less than my previous doll which is a plus.
Joints
Joints are pretty stiff so it was pretty hard to pose her at the start, but i'm sure it will loosen up given time just like my first doll. If there was any real negative i have to give to this doll it would be the fingers. The wire design is pretty bad, I haven't done any extreme movements with them but they're already loose and floppy.. I have read and researched a little that you could put them back into place, but they're so fragile i rather not risk damage. Also when i first got the doll one of the pinky fingers has a wire very close to the surface and caused a little poke. Nothing major but just have to be careful during play. Im surprised the big toe also has a wire, and so far its holding up fine, pretty cute actually you can curl it up

- Hands: Weakest part of the doll, quite fragile and have loosen or detached from joint. Cover with mittens or gloves is recommended.

Major plus she looks really pretty, when I first saw her body I thought she might have been a little too small but she feels so soft and smooth. Especially her face, her face is super soft and probably softest part of whole doll, her breasts are also soft and jiggle a little, not quite as jiggly as the video on the site but still very nice especially when warmed. Comparing to my silicone doll shes lightyears softer, which is great when cuddling.
- Toes: Cute and function as needed. Foot can rotate and has wire on toe for posing.
