There appears to be some damage to the doll from shipping.

Email sent to Joe @ Phoenix. I was taking pic to celebrate this occasion but need to stop.

Sadly, Karlie suffered a broken skull sometime during her travel here, and we had to keep her in a medically-induced coma until her skull can be reconstructed (note how her head is at an angle..)

(Her replacement piece is being sent - thanks for the super fast replies, Joe!! Best customer rep out there!

Sheeana is distraught and won't leave her side..

Our worst fear when buying. Of course BT will make it right (I would expect) but the disappointment after the wait is excruciating. BurntHostage, Sheeana, we feel your pain.

Sorry to hear this, it sucks if a damaged doll arrives.
Even with the impressive packaging they use for the Boytoy dolls, it can still happen.

But rest assured, they'll make things right ASAP, that's the great thing about their customer service!

OH NO! That is so bad to see!

Your Karlie's shipping box has definitely had a hard impact on the head end from looking at the photos!

These damn shipping companies have no respect for anyone's freight and destroy SO much in the name of getting more (VOLUME) through the system to make more (MONEY)! My last doll Leeann's (WOODEN) crate had the bottom torn out almost all the way and fortunately she did not fall through! Her head was slammed tight up against the end of the crate and her chin was almost down to her chest! I was SO relieved that she did not have a broken neck or had her head damaged after waiting (15 months) to get her! I expressed to the manufacturer my concerns for the company that they were shipping the doll through before they sent her and sure enough, her crate was damaged when she arrived and they dropped her off without a signature too!!!!!!!

Have you guessed who the shipper was yet!..........That's right, none other than.....(UPS)!

They have damaged several parcels of mine in the last 2 years and some very recently!

Nice to see that Joe at Phoenix is taking care of you quickly as they do have a great reputation of taking care of their customers, That is why I have many dolls from Abyss/Phoenix!

Awesome people and Joe is a great guy!

Hang in there Sheeana Sweetie, Hostage will get Karlie on her feet in no time and you are such a Trooper being at her side through all of this!!

Oh Poor Karlie!!! I know Sheegirl you will help her through this...and you have to be strong for her and Hostage!

Shizz does happen and lesser companies would blame it all on the shipper . While the blame does lye there most companies would rather fight with the shipper then fight for you. good luck with that whole ordeal. At least your dealing with Abyss/Phoenix who will step up and make things right to the best of there ability. Best service in the business!

I was so excited to read the title of this thread then, Oh No!

Sorry that has happened for you mate, but as others have said the good people at Phoenix will see you right.
