Robbyd, the easiest way is to take an existing image of the doll and use Gimp (free photo software) to grow the bum the same way this bloke grows boobs in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sDQtDBBz38M. There are not many pics of the rear end so this is just one rough example which literally took a few minutes:

I can't do any better with right butt cheek because of the limited space.

Another rough and ready attempt guys, I had to widen the background and re-scale Una to give the necessary room to grow her butt, which is why her foot is missing (wasn't in original photo).

If the butt looks and measures a bit bigger in this version than the previous its because of perspective, the butt is nearer to the camera in this pic than the others so it would naturally appear bigger.
