Questions from a new owner of a used 132cm 6Ye Doll

Post by Helblind »

Hello all!

I am a new owner of a previously owned 132cm 6Ye Doll. She was purchased by the original owner right from 6Ye's AliExpress factory in January 2017.

As a newb to the TPE doll world, I have be scouring the forums for the proper cleaning, care, and other information I can find.

Clear as mud! XD

I think I have a handle on most of it, but I did have some questions which I was hoping you might be able to answer to or at least can point me in the right direction.

Are baby wipes safe?

When cleaning with soft soap water, are you rinsing the soapy water off, or just wiping it down with baby wipes or a towel?

Is it possible to oil your doll too much?

Where can I get wigs that will fit the 132cm head properly?

There was damage during shipping. What is the best repair adhesive?

The doll has a strong chemical odour. What is the best way to get rid of it? I was going to try Indigo20's "leeching oil" washing recommendation and see how that goes.

Is it possible to upgrade to the new neck connection?

Do these dolls come with any kind of manufacture warranty which may apply even though I am not the original owner?

I am sure more will come up, and I will continue to search through the threads when I am able, but your advice is most welcome!

Thanks!

Please read through our official site http://www.6yedollglobal.com/

There are too many scam stores selling fake 6ye dolls on Aliexpress, we don't recognise any doll brought from non-authorised resellers.
Please find the list of 6YEdoll Global authorised dealers/resellers here http://www.6yedollglobal.com/buy.html
https://www.SexySexDoll.com - Quality Global Retailer| TDF approved vendor | Free worldwide shipping
https://6yedoll.eu - European site (Free 1 Year Fixing Service in Europe, proficient in French, English, German)
http://dolldesire.com/ - BCD (Jeff) | doll specialist & Guru | TDF approved vendor
https://monamourtoujours.com/ USA | TDF approved vendor

6YE doll ONLY supplies our Premium products to our authorised resellers. All products being sold by other channels are either scam dolls or the old version.

If the doll smells, it most likely a fake.
The new 6YE dolls have hardly any odor at all and I have had both a 132cm and 169cm lady in Florida.
BTW, diaper wipes are not good and you can find that "intel" in this section.
Q-Is it possible to oil your doll too much?
A- yes, just like a human can die of drinking too much water, you can over oil your doll.
We basically reduced a 28 page thread down to 3 pages.

First i like to thank Sexysexdoll for the whole transaction process. It was by far the best purchase experience with a vendor i ever made.
They have a really good relationship to the manufacturers, get fast in contact with them to solve problems directly or change something shortly.
Biggest recommendation i can give!!

Thanks for responding.

6YeDoll, did you ever have an AliExpress store? The member I purchased it from said he bought it in January 2017. Obviously you wouldn't recognize dolls that aren't actually yours, so I guess I need to verify what the seller told me.

Booty Call Dolls, thank you for that link. I have read that thread through but was unsure about the baby wipe situation. May I suggest editing the original post to remove the baby wipe suggestion and change it to paper towels or something? And I will be sure to stick to the oiling regimen suggested.

Sexy Sex Doll, thank you for your response. That is an understandable policy. I am just going by what I was told by the seller.

Helblind,
It is too late to update the original post, but the "cliff note version" sure beats taking hours to read through the 28 plus page thread.

Please keep in mind before 6yedoll became TDF approved they sold their products on aliexpress. They had lots of problems before because of the poor quality of their products. Search past reviews of their dolls and u will see that not only this problem was prevelant in customers but also TDF approved vendors that sold their old dolls. Since their new models have come out there has been drastic changes to their product line and quality. I was prob the first to do a review of their new ball joint skeleton on the 132cm model. I have also been pm'd by 6yedoll and other TDF approved vendors asking to use my photos that I have been posting which I have no problems with but claims that 6yedoll only and exclusively offers their premium line to TDF approved vendors I find this hard to believe (take not customers and TDF vendors). Just my 2 cents
