Since I don't own a full size doll I would definitely want to visit a brothel and give one a try. If I liked the way it felt I would put money towards purchasing my own

Yeah, I'd give it a try. I wonder how many sessions a doll would likely go through without too much damage, and what price point it would the sessions have to be at to make this profitable?

If you asked me this in say, 2015, when I was desperate as fuck, no dolls, no self respect, nothing to lose... oh hell yeah.

But now there'd be absolutely no reason to since I've got a couple of dolls waiting for me and only me, all the time. Lol.

Paying to have sex with a doll in a brothel sounds unappealing. That said, a retail partnership between manufacturers and adult stores where people could see a showroom model of a doll might help to drive sales.

Somebody late last year posted a video of WM K-Cup dolls at an adult industry event, with people walking up to give the boobs a squeeze. They all seemed amazed at the quality.

That sort of thing will help people realize that even if sex robots aren't for sale yet, today's lovedolls are a far cry from the inflatables of previous decades. A great marketing opportunity.

Well yeah a boob squeeze and personal inspection would really do, i.e., a showroom in every major city. If I was far away from/unable to hit a doll meet or whatever, and came across a doll brothel, I'd be curious to see if there was an interesting model to see up close, and hey, stuff happens, condoms are good, prolly no sufficient discount just to look and squeeze breasts.

Might really depend on the doll and her personality.

I read about the newspaper article of the brothel in Spain about two month ago in the biggest German newspaper.
Combined with an explosion of new forum members in Germany and factories having problems to produce the quantity of dolls ordered

Pictures showed a 1k TPE and the newspaper told it costs 10k and is made of silicone

This kind of business exits in Germany for many years now 250€/day for Real Doll etc.
I think they wouldn't do it if there was no profit.
But I've seen one of this business on pictures which was repaired with white silicone and looked like Mrs Frankenstein.

I don't think you can expect a doll in good shape to test for $150 as they get damaged very easy in many cases.

Well way I see it, if you don't care if you're doll is a virgin, you'd do alot better to just buy a doll pre-owned here on TDF. That way, you can see her in detail before spending money, you know only one other guy fucked her, and you get to keep the doll and she's yours. All for quite a lot less money than buying new
