Hi, fixed vs insert is a personal choice I know, but as I own 2 dolls: an insert TPE type & a fixed silicon type lady, my experience has been - the insert is a fiddly pain in the backside and the silicon built in is more realistic and I don't mind the cleaning and carrying anyway. In fact, I love the cleaning bit as well, never had any problems and it helps with my doll to human 'bonding'

I have no experience with the inserts but both my gals have built in and once I got hold of some femidoms I've found it quite simple to keep them both clean and anyway what's not to like about cleaning you gals lady parts? It's all part of the fun of doll ownership as far as I'm concerned!
