If the Poupee dolls where not 300+ each id consider ordering two of them
Or maybe just one full and one spare skin..
Then stretch the second skin over the top of the doll.

The problem with thinner dolls is they bloat up when you air fill them fully.
So most people ive seen dont put that much air in them so they retain there shape better.
Also there is a posible way to do mods to the outter skin to make areas NOT stretch like glue
bands on the butt crack areas and around breast and things before stretching it over top of the
air filled section..
Im still debating on doing this method myself and just forgetting a solid doll for now..
I might mail Poupee and ask them how much more it would cost to get a spare skin with the order..
