Miranda's doll is fine. I have seen many photos of this doll, I think she is of sound construction. It is possible that this will become my future doll

She's got the killer body

that definitely makes me wish I could get my hands on one!

The Poupee doll head is certainly an aesthetic improvement...

However,

it would sacrifice one of her greatest assets of your doll which is uniformity... continuity...
In my opinion, there is much potential in her existing head/face which could make it look even better than with the French head.
Some structure could be added inside to lessen the opera mouth and flatten up the face a bit, giving it more definition. In effect this would make her look truer to manufacturer's original mold/idea I'm sure, most likely a compromise was made because there is just not enough control over certain aspects when you are dealing with inflatable latex throughout... But being the owner, you have all the power to choose materials and make her your own.

This side-view image is superb because she is very pretty as is... but most of all it shows her potential:
