I'm thinking of combining Tania and Tatiana into a single doll. I would put tape over the inner skin layer for shaping (as Fabin has done) which shouldn't show up on the outside if done correctly.

I would then slightly over-inflate the inside layer. This would result in a tougher and more shapely girl. Has anyone tried this?

I've decided against doing this because I would be unable to part with Tatiana or Tania to make the super Poupee.

I am in the market for some liquid latex however...

maybe if you don't tape the joints, your doll stays flexible,
a strong taped inner skin reduces the cuddling softness.
If you fill the inner skin with foam flakes or what you can get and make both chambers infatable,
you will get a more realistic feeling,
it is a question what you need,
a doll that looks 10% better or a doll that is 500% better for sex or cuddling.

I've been pondering all sorts of ideas of how to achieve this cleanly.
Not going forward with the double layer idea for now. Instead, I'm looking into thickening her at strategic points inside with layers of liquid latex.

I have done this to good effect using string and plasterer's scrim inside to provide non expanding areas to allow boobs and buttocks to expand more.
