Honeydolls is a Japanese company which sells dolls and faces. Unlike other companies, the faces have a special oral capability, which they refer to as "honey flavor." As it turns out, this is probably the best feature of Honeydolls, and should be a favorite for anyone with a preference for oral sex!

In November 2008 I contacted Honeydolls with questions about ordering the "Dreaming Aki" head for delivery to the United States. I completed a credit card order using their web site with no problems. The cost of the head alone is 86,520 yen (click to convert to USD) and shipping was another 12,000 yen.

Within about 12 hours I received a shipping confirmation from Kazu Nishioka, complete with a link to the tracking information at Japan Post. I was very pleased to see the box arrive right to my door within only four days after ordering!

The head itself was very well packaged with bubble wrap. I was really happy to see such good attention to detail; the "Dreaming" series of faces are very pleasant and peaceful-looking. The polystyrene has only a faint scent, and with a bit of powder her face feels very lifelike.

Part of my order was a special request. I asked Honeydolls and LifeDoll if the Honeydolls heads would be compatible with the LifeDoll body. As it turns out, with a little bit of work, they are! In my case I purchased a LifeDoll Body "F" to go with this head. (I'll describe this more in the LifeDoll review). Honeydolls included a special shorter adapter which helps the head affix to a LifeDoll body.

Of course, the main reason I purchased this doll was for oral sex, and I'm happy to report that this head is fantastic. The head contains a cavity specially designed for this, and the design is such that it creates a suction effect. What makes the experience so good is two-fold. First, the suction effect makes for realistic sucking and slurping sounds if you like. Second, the look is very realistic as well. The overall effect of getting a blowjob is both convincing and truly satisfying as well.

I ran into only a couple of minor problems with this head. First, since the cavity is part of the head, cleaning takes a bit more work. I used regular soap and water to rinse out the cavity. The head itself was not fragile; only the eyelashes seemed delicate enough to be careful with.

The only other issue involved the LifeDoll body. As it turns out, the length of the neck of the "F" body (and probably the "B" body) is so long that the head would not fit. I had to trim off about 1/2" of silicone from the neck area, but now the head fits snugly and won't fall out.

So, if you're an afficionado of oral pleasures, the Honeydolls series of heads is sure to satisfy. I give these a 9 out of 10.

I am not sure if I would like the sensation of getting a blow job by a sleeping doll, but thats just me. If I ever get a doll, sure I could choose a honey awake as well.
Oh, and good you said that cleaning oral can be more a hassle than the usual cleaning with Japanese dolls. One might forget that they dont have inserts there. Realdolls - who dont have inserts of any opening - get shipped with a special cleaning tool (or so I have heard) which looks like a crossing between a dildo and a spray flacon. Maybe something like that would be handy here.

Oh, and sorry for the late reply ... I remember I welcomed the separation of Japanese dolls by manufacturer emphatically, and not I have a hard time keeping up to date with the lots of forums
