It won't let me upload pictures from my lap top via a digital camera, how can I over come this????????

First thing we need to know is, what goes wrong?
Do you get an error message, and if so, which one?

Not an error message is comes up in red lettering saying unable to attach file

Is it a JPG file? Or does it have a different extension?
