The wig is a bit big but I think it looks pretty good on her with the green eyes...

She's also using the new mini head stand made for the Indigo magnetic head connectors.

I love these green cat eyes! Can't wait for mine!

Hey thanks guys! Hope you all had nice holidays!
Gotta quit for a few days here soon and take care of some financial stuff I've been neglecting for a while.
Almost time for taxes again, yuck. :drinking:

Hi there MF,
This is what I was looking for. I spent a good deal of time reading all the posts starting from page 9 on. Great work on the whole eye project.(and the makeup tips too). I'm really new to the whole sex doll thing, and anxiously awaiting the arrival of my first Wm doll,
I have two heads and would like the easy eye move feature for both. they are WM heads #56 and #85. I think the 14 mm would look good on #56 but unsure of #85 as I don't actually have that one yet (coming with the doll). I just joined this forum and can't seem to figure out how to PM anyone yet. Thanks.

you need 5 posts before you can use the PM feature, so just make a few more posts and it will open up for you.

I must say a #56 head with 14mm eyes sounds like a great combo to me....

A couple of small updates...

I have added a new color "Ultra Dark Brown" to the standard 3 eye colors gallery in my doll album.
http://www.dollalbum.com/dollgallery/in ... ?cat=13574
This is good for Asian or other very dark ethnic eye colors. The pupil is barely visible...

Image

It's a small thing, but just as a note, the #3A brown and colors #7-#11 are done with a different texture that is from an actual iris photo.
As you can see in this #7 blue example the top side of texture is lighter than than the bottom. For best results place the iris so that the lighter side is down and the same on both eyes. This will enhance the shadow effect and make them really pop.

Another thing is it seems that JY dolls are using full spherical eye sockets instead of the flattened ones like WM, so they are much deeper.
For those dolls I've created a new thicker dished base to address this...

Full sphere sockets is a better design and would give much more consistency between doll heads.
Not sure why WM doesn't do it this way. Oh well, maybe someday they'll all start doing things the same way.

Soooooo once again MF comes thru with the best eyes and lash bases for any doll let alone my new JY girl Akiko. Not only do the eyes look great he took it a step further and created a new set of pedestals to better accomodate the JY head. It seems all these dolls have their unique shapes and sizes which is fine with me, it makes them all unique. You can read all the technical details above in MF posts

I give you Akiko sporting her new MF eyes Image

Well, just like any girl Gemma got jealous of Akiko's post so she insisted on pictures of her new pretty blue eyes with the larger iris. I don't know, I think MF and Gemma have an inside connection to my wallet. This girl get new clothes and accesories all the time and I swear I didn't buy it 8O I better check my credit card account more often. Its a good thing Kaydee is busy playing with the dogs or she'd be in my office asking for pics and posts.
Oh wait that's not her eyes!
