Thanks RK. That might help.
The only thing though is that a small hole will move away from the magnet when the arm is moved, so I think it would need to be bigger hole to be effective. I'll give it a try and see how it works.

Yeah, I didn't know if it was one center magnet or smaller multiple. You might also consider a cover thicker on the edges for strength and adhesion then diminishing thickness towards the center. Don't know how thin something can be printed like that.

The design is already done, just need to scale them down and put in the ankle joint like below.
Two other foot options are already done, just need to scale them down to the MSB size.
They will have the ball-in-ball type joint instead of the eye bolt shown...

One thing I've noticed about the MSB is that the lower leg is really short in relation to the thigh.
The high heel feet will give an additional 3-1/2" in height putting her at 41-1/2" tall. The larger head will put her around 43" or over.
Some of these striped arm warmers would make great knee socks/leg warmers...

They get a little thin at the top - they print OK on my Afinia but I can't make any guarantees they'll print well on other printers.

Regarding the knee joint, is it tension adjustable or free swinging? Can the printed pieces be up sized a little before it required additional printed pieces?

I'm going to do one of these and sell it, so we'll see how well it sells!

To be honest I'm not really a fan of SUPER huge boobs and asses, but the MSB needed a little boost in that department.
It wouldn't make much sense to do small boobs as she already has those. Just need nipples.

RK, about the most I could enlarge would be 125%. That would be from a 38" doll to 48".
The joint has a thru bolt and nylok nut so the bolt can be tightened for more tension.
I would have to re-do the nut and bolt holes as they would get enlarged in the process.

That would probably work as Aurora was originally 48". A 1/4" bolt would serve quite well. Her lower legs are just held on at the knee by elastic cords. She can only bend at the knee about 45 degree which drives me nuts. The only good thing about this system is the lower legs can rotate to kick the feet in or out. But with all the upper body weight now, the knees are not very solid for her to stand.

Nothing that has to be done right now though. Just weighing my options. I may even be able to find a junk pile fix! LOL.
