Lilith was a custom made order from Realdoll based on one of their doll bodies and heads.
Not sure IF RD still has the custom head mold of Lilith. I don't think anything was custom on the body other than coloring.

Custom base skin tone of a doll should not really add that much to the cost. All silicone has to be tinted anyway. Custom airbrushed silicone paint for shading and highlight effects if desired will cost.
If you can do sculpting and resin or silicone casting to make horns and a tail that you can glue on a doll that would save a bundle. I don't think Lilith actually has a tail.

Point is, almost any silicone doll can be made into a demon doll. Now if you want a custom head sculpt your talking big $.

Member mannequinfan can make animal eyes for dolls.

OK..WRT to my current Gal She Devil Lilith, she is more a she devil than a demon, but she can definately play both roles.

So for BK, yes she is made by Real doll Abyss, as RK has highlighted. The image picture by Barbydoll is of the original She Devil made back in 2009 I believe.

This was originally about a 50 grand or so commision, but she seems to have disappeared from the doll world and has apparently passed on.

So my She Devil Litith was remade in 2013, now I am putting back the pieces together here and Matt M from Abyss may have even more infomation.

Lilith is the last of the body 10's (from the RD C range) and has customed red skin tone, custom nipple and labia colouration, a custom red tinted face based of face 12 and also has gel implants in her buttocks and breasts. Now Abyss where transitioning into the RD 2 range, so I believe Abyss used the current Body D chassis, in the body 10 Mold, as her chassis is somewhat different to Tash my other Real doll classic, however she is about 2 inches taller than a body D and about 10 pnds heavier. Abyss still had the original head mold, so that kept resculting cost down, else you are looking at around 5 grand or so, and I imagine the Onoskelis will be more, but maybe not, we dont have to worry about eyes, nose, mouth or wigs....

The wings are part of a harness like a back pack so easily removeable and they are more for props, than features, but I am on the look out for simmilar arrangement but with folding dragon type wings

She has a tail....

That attaches via a tight belt harness, and once again, looking for a suitable silicone tinted devil tail to attach via a socket type connection, that I will thread into the pelvis sort of like the neck bolt recess.

She also has a variety of cloven footwaer including cloven hoof flats and cloven hoof domintrix boots as well...but these make her very tall.

So the idea with Agony, is she would have simmilar body molding to say the Body D, but the legs would be resculpted, scaled, tinted and have the hindquarter shape depectied, with hooves rather than feet.

Additionally she would have all her dragon spines as well sculted into the mold. The tail again could be a removeable or attachable option via pelvic socket....and obviously the head would be 100% custom reproduction of the aforeposted images.

And Liked the baby pick too barbtdoll, it just looked different to me as a Kid,

possibly a cousin.

Are Lilith's horns silicone or a hard resin?

Do you think Matt would give you the skin tone color mix formula and the brand of tint? Would be nice to know in regard to having a tail made.

Dragon wings could probably made from a fiberglass rod framework and either faux or real leather sewn on for the wing skin. Faux leather might be lighter, easier to sew. I assume you would want the front and rear of wings to have a finished surface.

Liliths Horns are silicone and part of the face mold, and no doubt tints and blends (as the reds would be the same a Lilith to keep budget almost sane) would be part of the deal If I lay out 50 grand to get her made by Abyss, I wonder If the 20 % off sale would apply, and I would like some partial commision for future remakes of her...as it is my ideas, concept designs and intial outlay to finance the moulds, sculpts, tints and intial doll. I could also do a variation on the tail that is suitable for both Lilith and Agony and even interchangeable.

I would do the rods out of fibreglass as well, even though I have full access to a fab shop, as Aluminium and stainless rod would be too heavy, and yes the fuax leather is also what I had in mind, but that will be my sister's challenge, she is the gun seamstress in the loop of my doll hobby, and does not mind using my gals to model her clothing designs.

Abbra will also have some ideas here too, as he makes alot of lets say adult clothing options as accessories as a hobby.

Not to pick on your Agony idea, but have you thought about using a more sexible head design of some sort?
Just because Agony is designed a certain way does not mean you have to stick to a certain pattern.
That's probably why I want to make my own doll design as out of the many 100's available, I have not found the exact type I want.
You could even make Agony w/ wings too. Have a 2 bolt system for each wing side and the nuts built into the skeleton.
As this is a your custom project you can add or subtract any features you want or can afford and the doll will be more unique in that way as well. There are 1000's of possibilities. Just a thought.

Lilith is absolutely incredible. Gorgeous!!! Needless to say a custom 50 grand doll is well outside my price range for a very very long time. I just had to ask though cuz she is amazing. Cant wait for my own doll to arrive and see what i can do with her.

For RK, what do you mean the onoskellis is not attractive

, not everything is about preety things, but I am also looking into the she predator huntress as well down the track, but thats a whole new body and custom tint as well as the head.

I already have done and painted a few different 14 inch cold cast models of her....so the tinting for a full size doll would be a challenge....and she can also come with a helmet for those who have different tastes to her good looks

So as an afterthough I would say there is no reason you could not use the Lilith Head on the Onoskellis body as an option...Abyss still has the mold.

I agree w/ you that different can still be attractive. Somewhere on here I did a fun study on alien vs human woman and attractiveness.
It's just my nature to consider options. I could be buying the most expensive car or home in the world and would still find things I wanted to change. There is not much "cool" stuff I own that I have not custom modified, unless it could not be switched back for fear of hurting a collector value.
If every inch of Agony's design appeals to you than that is great. Will save design work and I can also see the kick out of making a exact replica of the artist original idea.
Regarding the alien head pics I offered up. They are only "alien" as that is what I or someone else labeled then as.
If Agony's head was green and on a blob body it could be called a alien by some. You could also take the alien head #3 I posted, make her some jaw horns and make it red like Agony and who's to say this was not her proper head. I don't have photoshop to play around with ideas so.. Plus it's your project.
But yes, the head does nothing for me sexually. I think it needs more horns and some long antennae things covered in sticky slime that grab you, but that's not my point.
I'm just saying since you are going custom, don't box yourself in to a certain thing unless you want. There are unlimited options of body morphs, colors, hair, horns, tails, antennae, etc.
Hey, why not give her some kind of mouth socket where you could install some kind of BJ mouth that would extend out beyond her head shell?

That's where the doll world, AI and fantasy comes in. Even the doll world is in it's infancy. 95% of the dolls made are medium to large titted white or asian dolls. Eventually there will be more ethnicities plus, aliens, elves, vamps, demon creatures, animal morphs.

Yes! Vicious demonic sex dolls!

I would personally love a hellish emaciated Baphomet, but I think that would be very difficult to explain or hide because my mom is catholic and she would probably try and burn it.

If I ever get to live on my own, I might consider starting a collection of bizarre and demonic sex dolls... along with my compendium of characters.

There is also Doom Imp, which has been subject to multiple rule-34s.

There is a fanfic called "Impse" that is about Doomguy having sex with an Imp.
