Modifying tpe dolls?

Is there a good way or any way at all to modify tpe vaginal entries? Since a lot of these dolls have the same style/look to them, i want to see if there is a way to add more tpe to a doll to alter the appearance of the vaginal entry. And to hopefully do so with out it looking unnatural to the doll (ie; be smooth / seamless).

I would pass on this, Fantastic Plastic, originally reported some good results from some melt sculpting but then posted a few weeks later to say that the resculpted areas had gone hard...and...unpleasant to the touch.
