custom insert again - sketch, demand?

would this work, and if so , how many people would be interested in such a thing
could a batch be produced economically, is anyone able to mould TPE given 3d files

this image shows the insert I have in mind:
it would be curved to match the shape of the doll's cavity when the legs are raised or when she's posed in doggy
the channel would be as straight as possible in that curved position

this would help with the exterior misalignment that happens when you pose an insert doll ; it would alleviate the problems I have with channel bend in 'legs up' positions , and may help people with doggy aswell

i have some ideas for prototyping or approximating this (cutting inserts, using foam) but this would be the holy grail

Here's a trick, buy a onahole, etc. and trim it down by mostly cutting from the inside with a good opening, like a loose sleeve. Once you get it right, you wont go back. Trimming down from the outside is not the way.
