She's very cute. Tonners are great aren't they? Although as you mention, they can be hellishly expensive to buy clothes for. One of the cheapest outfits I got for one of mine was, strangely enough, new and custom made just for my doll at USD36. Sometimes you can spend hundreds. 8O

Not sure. Looks to me like a cross between Joan of Arc's armor and a mermaid. I have plans to get her a different outfit.
