SQ Labs SG body arrives

bought on Sept. 16 and arrived today! woo! SQ Labs School Girl body. I plan on pairing her with a 2nd hand Iplehouse JID Asa head, but the head isn't here yet. I'm going to have to do a dye job or airbrush the whole head though because Iplehouse's normal is pretty pale compared to SQ's.

I only had my Echo (my 50 Obitsu) and my Iplehouse SID Real Skin body in my studio when the package arrived, so I did pics with those 2. Although in the picture the Obitsu looks fairly close in color, it's just because of the blushing. SQ is actually darker and kind of a pinkish-tan color.

Love the body! But I hate how the high heel feet are so huge! They really don't look like they are for this body at all. I thought maybe they just looked big in pics because of the shoes worn, but nope, they are big without shoes. The flat feet look VERY close in shape to Obitsu feet which I don't particularly like because they look kind of chubby, so I did some reshaping on them already since I was doing a dremel/sanding session outside today anyway. Will post pics later ^_^ Wish I could make the ankles a little thinner, but they aren't too bad.

I can't wait to get her all blushed up and get a head on her.
I really like the torso, but wish the wrists and ankles were a bit smaller.

What size/scale are these?

In the bjd world these are all catagorized as 1/3rd size although they aren't necessarily on scale.
Echo, the girl in the dress is 50cm.
The new girl will be 52cm with a head.
The guy would be 65cm with his head.

Fantasy with a touch of modern fashion for this little number I sewed up for Faun. Actually lined the skirt for once since I knew the split would be showing the inside of the skirt a lot.

Very pretty. Personal question. Do you ever have dreams of your dolls coming to live, picking you up and bringing you to a remote tropical island where you drink pina coladas and eat pulled pork while all your dolls play volleyball? (oh crap, I thought that was a portobello mushroom I was eating...no wonder the ceiling keeps singing to me).

47616902, lmao! island, pina colada and pulled pork all sounds awesome! I can take or leave the volleyball though hehe. Hell, I'd just be happy if dolls could talk! I think it would be pretty interesting.
