Very nice - I can't say I like the tapered (stapled?) stomach, but she's a fashion model, so, meh. The rest of her is in good/normal proportion, so as long as she's dressed well like you have her, and given a few decent meals, she'll be okay!
Really is a lovely face too.. shame one can't chop and change heads with the 16" girls. That would be fun!
