I actually found someone that either makes these or modifies them to be "useable". I dont know how he does it, but there were videos and they were taking a whole dildo so he must be doing something right to fit so much dong in such a tiny torso. Ill try and find them again.

I would never do that, the insert of my 4wood doll is almost as big as my arte doll.
For people with to much money they can do it, but in that case I would order immediately something like 365 dolls in case you are a 'healthy' adult male who likes to do it at least once a day, dont say I didnt warn you

I thought about making a little foot tall doll with little holes and a custom dildo set. I'd even go as far as to make a little sibian so Varkeo could make us a film of her vibrating all over his desk top, lol.
