I admit that I already expected that a number of the joints were made of bendable wire. Nothing wrong with that. For some parts bendable wire is better (the spine) and for other parts it is almost unavoidable. Genuine joints in the fingers are nearly impossible in this scale ( although I must admit that I am working on a prototype of a jointbased skeleton hand for ScoonimDolls and it looks most promising...) but are the hip and armpit joints also bendable wire?

That the material is softer I think is good, because the folding becomes more natural looking and usually the elasticity improves. The strength diminishes, but when handled with care and strengthened in the right places this does not have to become a problem. A part of the posing success of ScoonimDolls is that they are very very soft.

As for the bed, can you forward a link to the company that sells this?
