Well, it's a "Lovelydoll 027+"-body from ATDoll. You can order it on Ebay - price is about $300 (incl. body makeup and parting line trimming). Not cheap, but it's worth the money.
The head is from a "Lola"-doll out of the Mattel Hannah Montana-series.
The piercings were made by me.
Head mounting was quite tricky. Mattel heads and ATDoll bodies are rather incompatible. So I had to make some special parts to connect body and head using the head mounting device from an old Barbie.
