Well, what can I say...
Love the bike.
But...I miss the conviction.

I can see you have a good camera, you have the dolls, props, guts and a drive. And I am convinced you have a talent.
There is nothing wrong with explicite sex photos of dolls. And your photos are promising, but I think you can do a lot better than this.
What I see is cold sex. What I would like to see is hot sex.

Thank you for the critique. You are right you tickled me.

Conviction? I thought my pictures were hot. I don't consider them pornography but erotica as I don't think they are crude or gross (my definition). I greatly appreciate your frankness. What do you think is missing? Is it lighting? Poses? Angle? I have done some lighting experiments rather unsuccessfully. I'm afraid I'm no Vareko nor do I have the equipment. But I'm very open to taking suggestions.
My photo-shoots are isolated events and usually last 4 to 6 hours. They can range from being taken in my basement to a hotel room using available lighting. I do not have a studio & much is done impromptu. I start with a plan but usually deviate as I start shooting & new ideas come into my head.
Looking thru this forum I don't see anyone else doing the images I do. Vareko is the closest but he doesn't have as much male interaction that I have.
So - as I said - suggestions are welcome.

-The posing possibilities of these kind of dolls is limited. It is no use trying to pose them in ways their bodies do not allow. Intimate poses require a kind of melting of bodies. Because these type of bodies are not really flexible it is virtually impossible to make such a melt. So if you want that you will have to suggest it by choosing the one angle for the camera which makes it look like as if they melt. Other tricks are using all kind of props ( like textiles, soapfoam, hair, ect.) that cover the parts which, when uncovered, would break the illusion. And I am not talking about covering the private parts or the penetrating, but the other bodyparts that uncomfortably clutch together or are so much in distance of each other that it looks unnatural.
-In posing you need to focus on gravity. Humans constantly support their body. Dolls - and especially in this scale - are weightless and stiff. In posing you need to suggest human weight.
-This type of dolls cannot make multiple expressions in the face. But by choosing the right angle and posing the head and hair you can suggest several kind of expressions.
-Never put more than one photo of a pose in a series unless you cannot see from the angle that the pose has been used before. This is a tough rule, because usually you have several good shots of a pose and you are eager to show them. It is the killer for a story, even a simple one as just having sex.
-The sphere in a picture is defined by light and colors. Because the studio you need is vey small. it is very easy to use flexible light sources.
- Study Varkeo's work. Beyond the colors he adds you will see that he is a master of illusion. You can also study my work, but I have ScoonimDolls and their posing capacity is way beyond others, so it does not give you a fair comparisment.

Wow - that sounds pretty daunting.

I know what you mean by the stiff bodies - I've tried to pose my Phicen dolls into a more human position but I've ended up breaking 4 of them. So I make do with what they'll allow me without breaking. I've tried Edation dolls who are more flexible & less likely to break - but - they won't hold a pose. I've just received a steel skeleton Phicen which look very promising. I'll give it some thought of using trick angles, foam soap, etc. as you suggest - not sure how to pull that off. If I can't figure it out I'll keep shooting as it is a lot of fun. I find that sometimes the impossible (for humans) positions can be fun. My first works are with Barbie's which are even less flexible. I still use them as they still excite me & find them fun to shoot. Have you seen my Lifeguard series? It's a Barbie. Thanks for the tip on not showing variations of the same picture. I obviously do that a lot as I can decide which the best one is.
Where can I find your Scoonim Dolls in compromising postions? I haven't come across anything in this forum. I'd love to see them.
Varkeo always an inspiration & I have tried experimenting with lighting with variable success.
Thanks for the tips & hope you still enjoy my work even though it may be cold & without conviction.

It was not my intention to be daunting. I sincerely apologize to you.
As for your request to see my explicite erotic work, I have to disappoint you. It is now offline and there it will remain. Even though ScoonimDolls (male and female) I originally designed specially for this purpose, I do not wish to emphasize this aspect anymore, because it only attracted loads of pornsurfers to my websites, but no clients. In fact it was the opposite.

No apology necessary - I've taken up the challenge! (I think - I hope)
