That is Tamiya two part epoxy putty, the smooth long setting time kind.

Again Tamiya acrylics sprayed over white primer, then use pastel chalk to do the shading.

Hey DD, beautiful job on the face!

Lovely eyes.
It's amazing what a difference the new nose made in making her look more adult.
The boobies look like they are coming along nicely too.

I didn't realize Tamiya made epoxy putty.
For those folks in the States, Apoxie Sculpt is also a really good product for sculpting new details.
It's made by Aves, a small company in Wisconsin.
They also have a paste version of the product which has a peanut butter like consistency for filling and blending.

Sculpt is nice stuff - you can smooth and feather it out with water and it's non-toxic.

Thanks MannequinFan, still a long way to go. The problem with the body right now, is how far should I go modifying her? Difficult decision to made.
