obitsu 1/6th scale dolls review

Hi samara78,

I also have a Obitsu doll which I haven't played with her much. I found that she is much more smaller than other 1/6 dolls such as Phicen.

The Obitsu body are made with soft vinyl and so are the doll heads I bought for the doll body. I wonder what kind of paint do you use to paint yours? Will those crack if the head or body was squeezed?

I used a stain on the breast to color the nipple. It does not come out. You can hand paint the eyes or purchase decals. Either way it will stay on there.

Ok so I decided to do an obitsu and volks side by side. I had to check that the volks body had no damages upon reciept. So here is volks 27 cm body ginormous bust!!! in normal skin tone , next to a 27 cm obitsu large bust body in pale.

Some shots show the active range of the knees in each doll as well as in the arms.

Obitsu is the champ on posability.
Aesthetically volks may have an upperhand.
Durability, my obitsu seem to be built a little tougher or so it seems to me.

Thanks. The other difference I should bote between these teo dolls, is the obitsu upper and lower torso are both soft. Only the upper part is soft on this model of volks
