anyone got a phicen email or their employee forum?

phicen's web mail form page is useless.

does anyone here have an actual @phicen.com email address
or know some forum that phicen employees monitor customers?
i have questions about matching heads and hands to their 2014
models, and can't find anything more than anecdotal information.

I don't have the email but I've got the same problem. Emailed 'em weeks ago and still no reply.
The other problem I've got now is that Malwarebytes (anti-malware program) won't let me onto the Phicen website.
Be interested if someone can provide one.

that's odd... i'm running program 2.0.4.1028 database 2015.4.20.1 and can get to phicen.com without issue.
my problem is whoever designed this web site foolishly used high density graphics which take forever to load.

Mine's 2.1.4.1018 and v2015.04.20.06 but I don't know if that makes the difference.
Just tried it again and Malwarebytes stopped it again.

I finally got a response from "Jenny" at: sales @ phicen . com

since other S06 and S09 owners have difficulty matching
hands and heads to that latest suntan body,
I will share anything I learn here.

here you can see the subtle skin color difference between: PALE - TAN - SUNTAN

P.S. Jenny claimed she check old emails and didn't see anything from me before,
so I suspect the problem may lay with phicen's terrible web form design failures,
then their staff lazily ignoring our inquiries. it amazes me how oblivious phicen
is about their poorly made web site, and how much it's hurting potential sales.

Yeah I have to agree with you. It must be hurting sales because I started looking at others like Lutz, Volks and Iplehouse.
Plus the fact I can't even access their website. They need to sort this out.

here is the question i asked - if i get a useful answer i will post it here on DF;

In 2014 you sold stainless steel figures with "pale" "tan" or "suntan" skin color.
it's extremely hard for buyers to find additional "suntan" hands and heads to match
their PLMB2014-S06 and PLMB2014-S09 "suntan" color figures.
customers assume that these same stainless steel seamless bodies were used with other
heads and hand for your product line that includes additional clothing and accesories.
many "loose" part vendors buy those dressed figures, then sell off the parts separately.
so what I and many other phicen buyers on my hobby forum want to know is;
which 2014 dressed figures have hands and head that match this "suntan" skin color.
that way we'll know what "loose" hands and heads best match our naked S06/S09.

looking at your web site you have "series A" which are 2013/14 naked bikini models.
"series B" are what I call dressed, since they include clothing options and accessories.
so out of all your "series B" dressed models, which ones have "suntan" skin color?
if i know this, than I'll know which loose heads and hands may match S06/S09 bodies.

Guys, just get 'em on ebay! They are plentiful and most every model is represented. I got my S01 in Pale with Medium breasts on ebay no trouble at all! She's awesome! Be watching for my review!

Make sure you get one with the stainless steel skeleton. The less expensive models have a plastic skeleton which is not as good.

I heard from Jenny again tonight, and it's nothing good I'm afraid

she made a lot of excuses for why the web sight is fucked up
and why she can't give me a straight answer about "suntan".

so I have no choice now than to go back to trial and error,
when loose set parts get cheap enough to be worth the risk.

I can already confirm that "tan" may be too light for "suntan".

so far the closest I got was using "brown" hands from PLLB2014-28
which has a wide spread and smoking finger hands (bottom right)
that shape does not come with the S06/S09 "suntan" figures.
while the PLLB2014-28 head may work, be aware it has no hair,
it's just painted resin. the hands I'm still hunting for are the
pez, closed fist and square grip hands some other sets include.

I'm now thinking I should just get the shape i want, and
figure out a good way to stain hands closer to "suntan",
but unfortunately that won't help much with HEADs.
