I've always wondered if it was really possible to order directly from Phicen website

Because this one is simplistic, not like a real web seller and I doubted that an individual could contact them. The catalog is also totally outdated: some models are missing (Sarina and Seka), others are always marked for preorder, but available in retail (Caroline Munroe, Tomoe, Z-Girl). So I'm sure that many people thinks like me, that is not possible to direct buy from Phicen.

Can you share your experience: what are the terms and conditions, means of payment (PAYPAL/VISA/MASTERCARD) and what are the shipping costs ?
Is it possible to buy a single unit, or a minimal lot of 300 ?

ordering from Phicen directly is pretty simple, just send a pm to sales@phicen.com and you can order one, two or 300 dolls if you like. I ordered directly already 4 times now and I pay via Paypal without any problems. It´s true, they are slow updating the availability on the website but the sales dept. - Jenny is nice and friendly - will answer your mail fast and update you on what´s ready to be shipped and when. Shipping costs depend on the shipping company and the amount of dolls.

Most of the time once you have dealt w/ Phicen directly, you can be on their updates list. (I didn't even ask but) They've been sending me email updates on upcoming models, which include photos and info on them. So, when something catches my eye I inquire about pricing/release dates.

Yes it really depends on where you live. again Jenny does not mind giving you a quote on pricing/shipping info. In my case, I only know of one other option to buy Phicens. I found a local place, but, their stock/availability is random. I can only guess they also buy direct from Phicen and in comparing w/ their pricing, their markup is practically the same, that's why I still continue to order direct.

So if you want updates/info about Phicens, asking directly from the source is a sure way to get the answers. Even if you're not going to buy from them at all, Jenny will still be glad to assist you. Her level of customer service pretty much swayed me into becoming a regular customer. (having a difficult time stopping myself. )
