As announced, here a review of the Super Duck Cheerleader Set.
I bought it from China for about 46 € (including shipping costs).
The packaging is a basic plastic bag, simple but correct for this type of product.
Boots are on a separate bag, they are made of fabrics with a plastic sole.
Elsa is excited to try this new panoply, and start with the boots.
She has a Phicen large bust body, with soft feet.
This is the good surprise of this set: the boots fit very well. Of course, the feet doesn't enter smoothly, but there is not too much difficulties to achieve that. I can say that the boots can be wear by a Phicen body, no big issue for this part.
Wearing the short, is another game to play. It is very... short and narrow. It is difficult to put in place.
The top is even worse, very difficult to wear. This is really painful ! May be, using a mid-burst body or a Jodoll will be better.
Do not try this set with a Phicen having plastic skeleton, I'm sure you will broke it ! too much effort to wear this suit.
But the horror is coming: the blue fabric RUBBED OFF and I notice many stain on the body.
I start to clean up the doll, using soap an water. The blue stains goes away easily, but wearing the top, I notice again stain.
This is boring ! the blue fabric is a poor quality and this is abnormal for a product sell at a such price.
The colorization is not stabilized, nor fixed and this is a BIG ISSUE for this set.
To clean up my doll, I use a well known French soap "savon de Marseille", that work nice.
Now, another game: wearing the gloves
Looking at them, it look like impossible to do !
But I finally arrive to complete this part.
Difficult, but not impossible. You must be very patient and careful.
The final result is OK, but very, very long to do.
The belt : another "low-cost" part.
The buckle has a simple peg to lock. This system is too much simple and poor quality. It doesn't lock very well, and has a very basic conception.
You can notice that Elsa look like a smurf ! she has lot's of blue mark on the body
The final result is quite nice, but I believe that a Phicen body is not suitable for this set: too much voluptuous.
May be using a slimmer body (like Jodoll) will fit better.
The fabric quality remain a major issue. I will try to wash it and use another body to see if this can be used on another of my dolls.
