I have 11 bjds. I'll try to get a few photos at some point in the right pixel size to share. :)

If DDs count (and the subject is controversial with some), then one, and a second on the way.

one of the things I like at BJDs is this:

This double-jointed knee allows them to pose in a way most 50 times more expensive dolls can not.

Sorry to say that is not a BJD, it's an ordinary Playtoy or Verycool doll. The BJD is a ball jointed doll and it's strunged together with elastic cords. Hence the ball joint and the size is mostly 24 " tall.

Uh-oh, here's that controversy I was talking about. ;)

@Castella If you are refrencing Dollfie Dreams.... they are on a line of being bjds and not depending on who you ask.

Generally mass produced toys for kids are not bjds... but they are super cool none the less and I'm happy that a member shared his old school collection.

I might make some pics of my 1960's Ken and some of his super cool outfits as I'm inspired by the vintage GI Joes, his friends and accessories.

Size, it can be any size! The main thing about BJD is the joints as you can see in the pic i linked to, that is pure Ball Jointed Dolls!

Those Anime smart dolls are lovely. I wonder if Ami would like one :-)? Hmmm.

I currently have 4 with a 5th on the way. I started out with Clawdeen from MH freakishly tall series. Got addicted and decided she needed a friend and picked up Frankie a few days later. I also got two of the Desentants dolls (Mal and Evie) because they were on a 2 for $10 sale.
Looking to make some new friends in the doll community. So far it's been pretty good to me.

She's a beauty. I need to hurry up and start earning more so I can afford to shell out for a BJD. Their beauty is unbeatable.

Thanks Crafty, I have to agree she is extremely pretty. It will take you less time to get the money for a BJD than a full size girl though.

A few dozen...
Primarily Soom dolls (7), Iplehouse (4) plus Domuya (including their BJD 1:3 size horse in full armour), Fairyland, Volks Dollfie Dream and a few other brands. Most of them in 60-65cm range. It's only recently I have begun looking at seamless alternatives.
