Re: TPE adhesive?
That's true. Sewing with a very fine thread might work.Obin wrote:Sewing it on would hold it, but cleaning it might be difficult afterward.
Just saw an ad for Gorilla Glue. It's supposed to bond anything, is flexible, and 100% water-resistant. It does expand so you'd have to be careful not to use too much. Might be hard to undo if you ever changed your mind.

Tpe will tear like butter using strong thread, at least thats what hapened when on second attempt, with my doll. super glue does hold very well.Szalinski wrote:Hmm, I could try GG on a part of the toy I don't care about (it is polyurethane, right?) Sewing it on I doubt would work, the TPE is so soft the thread would probably pull through it.

Re: TPE adhesive?
Wikipedia says the regular Gorilla Glue is "Diphenylmethane diisocyanate, isomers and homologues." They also make a Gorilla Super Glue and a Gorilla Super Glue Gel. The Gel has a notice saying, "Not recommended for use on polyethylene or polypropylene plastic."Szalinski wrote:Hmm, I could try GG on a part of the toy I don't care about (it is polyurethane, right?)
Hard to know which one might work best.

Pardon me for asking, but have you ever kissed a black woman (or other race with naturally large lips)? I ask because thin lipped women's kisses are much different.

The lips can be made any way you like.
If a person was willing to cut a hole in the mouth area and fabric glue in a small sock, it may be possible to have a little bit of open mouth w/a tongue tip.
Just speculating.
I just bought some Ecoflex 10 plat silicone which is the softest Smooth-on makes before you go to tacky gel. The only soft toys I own are fleshlights. Never handled any soft silicone sex toys to compare. Guess I'll find out.

5) TPE flesh – Her skin is still as pleasantly soft as when she arrived. I have had some issues with tears around her lower vaginal opening and with the skin between her vagina and anus. I was able to repair both areas with the included TPE glue (clear liquid, not the white minty smelling paste) by crossing her legs after applying the glue. I have a more detailed repair note I wrote to a PM earlier that I’ll post at the end...
*On repairing a TPE WM Doll – copied from a PM I had sent earlier*
I honestly have no idea what the white, minty smelling paste (comes with the doll) is actually. [Update: The white, minty paste is actually stain remover! Thanks vito!] If I made reference to it as the glue, then I need to correct myself. The small jar with clear liquid that smells like paint thinner is actually the glue! There should be another slim tube that needs scissors to open first time like super glue is glue for putting nails back on to the finger tips if they fall off.
As for using the TPE glue, I still use a q-tip (cotton swab) by dipping it into the liquid TPE glue and then spreading the broken area open and spreading the liquid along the sides of the broken area. Release both sides and let the TPE material so that it naturally closes back up. Depending on the area (bottom of foot or groin area in my case) I had to either bend the foot down ward to force the broken area closed or cross the legs to close the vagina area. I then apply a little bit on the actual tear when it's closed and let it sit for nearly a day to really let the area "heal".
I find sometimes that I may need to go back to the area and reapply the TPE glue depending on the kind of "wound" my girl has. If it's a simple tear then once should be fine. If it's a bad laceration that doesn't cleanly come together by itself and needs you to hold it in place as the glue dries then you'll have to get creative in moving the doll's limbs or joints to help you close the wounded area as the glue sets.
In the case of a vagina tear, I noticed that the ripping in that area reveal almost a spongy, porous kind of tear. Applying the glue to this actually cause the TPE material to disintegrate on contact and caused the wound to expand. I think the TPE glue itself dissolves the TPE a little and then reforms after a time to really seal the torn area...
Good luck in your repairs. My best advice is to make sure the area is cleaned and that you can position your doll to the point where the torn area will close by itself without you holding it closed for better repairing.
