Thanks, CF. Here's the relevant quote:
devildoc wrote: The I.V. needles are a bit hard to come by, but not impossible. I just bought a set from Canada via eBay. You want to look for something 20-14 gauge, and as I said earlier at least 2 inches long or so. The needles used for needle decompression of a tension pneumothorax are the best, as they need to be long enough to completely enter the chest cavity. These are often sold separately and marketed as a "decompression needle" by a lot of military type websites. You want to make sure the needle isn't a safety locking needle, like the sort that slide into themselves to hide the actually needle once the catheter is advanced. They will look like a straight needle, not a lot of extra bells and whistles. Right now, if you search "needle decompression" on eBay, you will find a lot of good examples. The epoxy putty I use is called green stuff, also known as epoxy modeling putty. This is just an awesome thing to have around the house, because when you mix it cures extremely hard with no warping, expansion or shrinkage. Great for small repairs, and this is the best way to jury-rig a decent filler needle so you can attach it to the hose.
So epoxy would be my last resort. But it would be really nice if there was an adapter to connect a hypodermic needle to some kind of cheap pump (like a bike pump). Anyone know of such a thing?

ZZZZ, DevilDoc had briefly posted an image of the "green stuff" putty being used as a connector, but he took it down for reasons he never explained. It looked like modeling clay.

Here are some links. It is cheap and readily available:

If anyone successfully performs a doll breast enlargement, please post photos of the procedure and results! :)

These adapters look interesting:

Arcane stuff, though.

Yes, that should be fine. My advice, having tried this:

Poke the breast to see where your finger sinks in. That is the location of an air pocket.

If you are using an electric air compressor, start slowly and time your inflation so each breast is enlarged a similar amount.

Watch carefully: Sometimes progress will be slow and then seem to speed up. Position something behind your doll to better gauge progress. Your eye can fool you otherwise.

I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes, and please share before and after photos!

How did it work for you? Satisfied with the results?

ok, so I have a question on this subject. My first love in dolls was the WM166C, what held me back on her was the breast size. They're not particularly small by any means but I'd like something a bit bigger, not much but a little. I've looked at a ton of dolls including the other WM's with larger boobs but they're heavier dolls and don't have the awesome shape of the 166. So, could a guy safely increase the size on a 166 just to the point where you would ask...are those real or implants? Up to a larger D perhaps? I've read the air injection for the hollow boob models and it seems like this is possible. Just want to know before I go for it. thanks

As long as the breasts are hollow, you should be able to inflate them safely and to your preference. Just take it slow as you do so and watch the TPE to confirm you are not overstretching it (although you'd probably not do so until at least increasing the breast volume by 50% or more, in my experience).

Potentially, although the TPE will be thicker there. Try there, and if the needle does not reach the air pocket, try another spot on the side of the breast.
