Yes inserts are an option for WM 100cm dolls, although not all vendors advertise it. Contact Jeff at BCD or the fine folks at RLSD (link below) for all the options.

There is a sacrifice tho. With dolls at this size, the option for vagina TPE insert, you will loose anal capabilities. There just isn't enough room for both the insert cavity and anal canal.

Baby oil or any pure mineral oil can be used as a good general maintenance item. Massaging these mineral oils is also supper fun and can be a huge turn on. a lot of members use vaseline for a lube and to keep the TPE from drying out around the genitals, knees and under arms.
