Hello,i wanted a dark goth look so i figured if was possible to use a permanent black marker pen to make the lips and eyes line dark and black,the doll is a riley 100cm tpe

Permanent Marker... well, I think the name says it all. You may want to try something less invasive, that you can remove later. TPE staining can be difficult to remove even when it is accidental... doing this intentionally may have an undesired effect.

The are other methods you could try, such as water colours and / or latex based arts & crafts paints.

Use black powder eye makeup! Permanent ink will blead out.

The lips were done a year ago with sharpie permanent marker, the eyes more recently. If you use marker, don't fill the entire area, leave a little border for it to bleed out to. It is permanent, good luck.

Id stay away from magic marker-- I thought it would be a good idea to do my doll lips in Red Magic marker-- OMG, I thought it was the end of the world! The marker RAN!, She looked like she was drinking Cool Aid Cherry flavored! The red smear was unreal, It took hours of using Baking powder toothpaste to remove teh stain,,
