After thoroughly washing your Doll lover can't you just stick a tampon in straight away? Should it be able to absorb any and all moisture? What I'm saying is, You shouldn't have to air dry or use an air pump. If I'm wrong please correct me, because running an air pump would be suspicious in my situation.
