But before you do any fixing, find first the TNT person who did this and fock him in the azz with a 22 inch dildo, ponk moderfocker, chicken brain couldn't realize a box of that size and weight didn't have a $1 item inside.

I'm only half way through the 25 page thread on the maintenance of TPE and baby oil, Nivea cream and Vaseline seem to be the recommended maintenance regime. With powdering of course.

Indeed. The trend now seems to be one delivery person regardless of the weight.
I'd love to know what transpired. To have no box must mean that happened after customs so maybe they bear some blame too. That I paid no import duties could mean they are the culprits.

I imagine they probably dropped it and the box bit the dust in the process. Probably mortified a few newbies and then some disgruntled veteran strapped her to a pallet after his smoke break

I will not speak for Doug from Passion Dolls on this Doll. I suggest the buyer of doll contact him for the TPE type & maker. I learned & was informed with confirmation where one of his dolls is made & by whom but i do not know about this doll.

I once put my TPE 153CM doll in the bath tub tried to give it a shower, but the bath tub is too small so the doll bended and broken the metal skeleton, now the skeleton spike out the TPE skin, I wonder if its still repairable or I just have to look for a new one..

Depends whete she broke 2 more forum posts and you will have private messages function and be able to post pics or the damage. Please explain a little more about where she broke?
