I'm answering to all the 3 posts you made here to avoid cluttering.abracadabra wrote:I'll be honest none of it's an easy process especially if you're going for precise detail. I do special effects at a haunted house here locally on a volunteer basis and so I have experience and exposure to Casting and molding and working with the tpe is new to me, alot of trial and error
So you're suggesting that I make a positive out of clay and then create the mold itself out of the plaster?
I don't really have preference of TPE over Silicone, Just wanted to have some sort of removable rubbery nipples for bit better feel.
Precise detail is not too big an issue. Only the hole in the middle to make it fit over the current nipple is really an important detail. Working with TPE is no doubt very challenging and would take countless tries to get it right. I am a crafty person in general but never done anything like this. If you as an experienced special effects craftsman find it challenging, I fully believe it is.

That sounds very specific stuff. I'll probably try this at some point as per your directions but I might just have to resort to getting those masectomy silicone nipples instead.abracadabra wrote:the fryer and flask works rather well. I turn the temp to 350, the flask keeps a rather even heat, stirring frequently helps for an even melt. the material cools and solidifies quickly, I've had it literally solidify in the middle of a pour. get it too hot and it really becomes noxious. You will definitely know when it's burning as it has a unique smell of its own that tells the brain that something is not right

I am not from US so that would be rather expensive. But the advice you have given me so far has been sound. Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge in the matter.abracadabra wrote:I'm not the best at typing out my thoughts as I do everything from my phone, if you would like to p.m. me I can give you my number and give better details via phonecall.
