I was wondering whether it's safe to use a latex based glue on TPE? I use it on fabric and it dries stretchy.

Another, maybe more safe way, to do it is by just gluing half the eyelash first, make sure it's in correct place, then glue the other half. This is probably easier if you have big and/or shaky fingers. I saw this method in a youtube-tutorial somewhere, but have lost the url.
If you'd lite to change lashes or re-glue them later on, it's safe to carefully just pull them off, and then pick off any remaining glue. This can however become a problem if you used too much glue to begin with.
For silicone, I have no idea what's recommended.
