That's a nasty scratch on her shoulder man. TPE-glue is pretty much only good for fine cuts on low-stress areas and minor pokes. In most other cases it will just tear up again and get worse. I have successfully fixed a slightly smaller hole under the foot and a bigger cut on the side of it on my doll with TPE-glue, so that should work out. The shoulder however is a tough one. How stressed is the TPE there? Can you take a more sharp picture of it so we can see how deep and rought it is?

I wish I could recommend Indigos repair-kit, but it is unfortunately not supporting 6YE's formula yet as far as I know. If anyone who read this have tried it on 6YE I'd love to hear about the results as I have a pretty bad damage on a 6YE minidoll as well.

I did, it's a big picture but not very sharp though. Need to see how fine the cut is, or if it's more rough with microcuts along the edges. If it's the latter then TPE-glue can potentially melt it to a bigger scratch, much like teared creases between thighs and crotch which is pretty much considered unrepairable.

Ah much better! The cut doesn't look as deep as I thought, but it does consist of microcuts. I do not think TPE-glue can fix that at all.

I would look more into smoothing it out with something hot, but I will have to let more experienced people advice you on this, as I haven't attempted it myself yet. There are a few threads around here where people have been using things like heating-guns and soldering-equipment to seal tears and even re-shaping the TPE or adding to it, which by the way MUST be done in a well vented environment since fumes from TPE are toxic. It will still leave something of a scar, depending on how well you do it, but will look much better and also prevent it from getting worse. Scars can add much to personality though! :D But of course, if this is something you're not comfortable with, then don't do it. Still worth the research though!

Good news is at least that I don't think it will keep tearing up easily as it is either, as long as you don't make any extreme poses with the arm and shoulder that would make the skin stretch much. Also make sure to treat it regularly with Nivea Cream or Vaseline to keep it as flexible and strong as possible.
