Is there a good glossy varnish to use on silicone?

Post by Unknown03 »

I love the look of glossy lips, but I've been told to be careful of using petroleum based products on my silicone doll. She came with somewhat glossy lips, but 2 weeks of intense kissing has dulled them a little. I'm wondering if there is some brush-on glossy varnish that I might use on occasion to restore that wet lip look.

Yes Carly's Guy is correct.
The product is Permatex Flowable silicone windshield sealant.
They usually have it at most auto supply stores...

It flows out nicely with a brush and gives a wet shine.
This is on a TPE head but it should work even better on silicone.

That's great to know. In fact, I was just using Permatex on her earlier today to glue back on her eyelashes and to fix a finger boo boo. I'll buy a brush and work on her lips next!

Thanks.
