Actually you have to be careful that you don't get water inside a silicone doll through the neck bolt hole or through the neck, any water gets inside your risk causing rust on her skeleton.
Also make sure she has any finger poke holes sealed/fixed if she has had any such injury's.

And yeah, their wet warm skin is VERY inviting,...
I know I love running my hands over my girls when they are washing,....
