As we approach this Memorial Day weekend in the US I reflect on the values we hold dear. Inalienable rights (life, liberty, the pursue of happiness), and those who payed the ultimate sacrifice to uphold these values. Give me liberty or give me death I said as I headed into my second divorce. LOL!!!.
I don’t mean to be flippant. As someone that gave his country 20 years of my life to uphold these values I feel I have a good perspective on what Memorial Day is about. I’m posting some Tiffany albums over the weekend that personally give me some thoughts about the values I hold dear. If I recall correctly there are some countries that don’t allow the purchase of dolls. That may not seem like a big deal to most but that is just how an attack on individual rights can ultimately deprive us of our inalienable rights. Give me liberty or give me death. HOOAH!!!

Great photos. I have a couple questions about RD's. I will receive my TPE cutie in a couple weeks and have researched their care thoroughly. I know squat about silicone dolls. Do they pick up stains from dark clothing as readily as TPE dolls? And does lace tend to abrade their skin? There are a lot of other differences in care, too. But I can research that when the time comes for me to get one.
I am amazed at how gorgeous the RD's are.

TonyR It is possible for silicon dolls to get stained due to dark clothing however they are much more resistant than TPE dolls, TPE is porous where silicon is not. The stains in silicon will eventually disappear completely on their own where as TPE usually requires some type of stain remover cream and you may never be able to get the stain completely out. I personally haven't had any issues with lace clothing on my silicon dolls. TPE dolls also require a oil rub down with a product like baby oil every now and then to keep the skin from drying out too much followed by a powdering, Silicon does not need any maintenance other than a wash and powdering. Also don't leave clothing or anything tight up against the skin on TPE for long periods as it will leave indentation in the skin that takes several days to disappear and sometimes requires a warm wash cloth to help disappear. It's very difficult to leave indentations on silicon skin.

Not much rest but a lot of fun is being had Chris.
You may notice some of the pictures in the album are slightly out of focus. While taking these pictures I got so excited I could not keep my hands from shaking. There's a part 2 to this album that I'll post tomorrow.
