Unrealistic Scale?
Unrealistic Scale?
Re: Unrealistic Scale?
that doll would be a hell of handful to lump about with real sized waist, arms, hips and shoulders etc. the dolls with more realistic figures are pushing toward 50kg.

Re: Unrealistic Scale?
I don't know, I've met ~3 5ft tall 18-19 year olds and they all had larger/longer feet, bigger hands. Perhaps only one of them had the same or less arm and leg width but she was borderline anorexic far from my ideal body type. It's the difference between a small model with abnormally large breasts and a busty petite woman.ORdoll wrote:Yes. Weight is significant consider. But viewtopic.php?f=224&t=87457 demonstrate our proportions are not visual unrealistic.

Mia Khalifa, the initial basis for my doll just has a much more pleasing body type to me than my OR156H, curvier thigh and butt, bigger/longer feet/hands, everything just looks right
Lucie Wilde probably has the closest body type to my doll, but even she has slightly more believable curves and longer feet:
I'm starting to see why there are so many threads open lately about small breasts, big breasts etc, I think what people are trying to say is that we want more variety. I didn't fully realize the unique proportions of my doll until she arrived, and she just doesn't look quite right to me. I think it is very rare for a woman of her size to have such much feet without some kind of medical deformity, the feet just don't scale down evenly from a taller woman to a smaller woman in real life. 75-85% of a real life petite 5'8" woman doesn't translate into a 5'1" doll as well as an actual 5'1" woman would.

A scaled-down 6ft woman is exactly what I want in a doll. One of my dolls is 135 cm, but I don't have a dwarf fetish!Taffer wrote:So my doll is around 5' 2" tall, I've met a few women in real life in that size range and they all have larger hands and feet, slightly larger legs and shoulders. Why is the scale so unrealistic? Did they start with a 6ft woman with small feet/legs/hands and scale her down...
So there are different objectives when designing a shorter doll.
Re: Unrealistic Scale?
Um...if you're doll is 135cm is doesn't really matter what she's based on, you don't really have a dog in the realism conversation. A dwarf is just about the only comparison. I'm talking about dolls who are 5ft+ tall, otherwise it's not a realistic adult height to begin with.ZZZZ wrote:A scaled-down 6ft woman is exactly what I want in a doll. Re: Unrealistic Scale?
I guess I prefer a more average size foot, probably has a lot to do with the lack of heel protrusion on these dolls as well/the lack of overall realism in the shape/design of the feet. The only thing I can say is the average petite busty 5'1" woman has larger feet, more padding on the thighs and larger hands. I've been with 4 women around ~5'1" tall, and the average between them was by far more attractive than the anorexic girl with similar measurements to my doll (aside from breast obviously), and I've never seen such small/misshapen feet on any of them, nor any of the 100's of ~5'1" pornstars I've enjoyed watching over the years. There's more to curves than gigantic titties, these dolls have hardly any ass/thighs in comparison, and the feet are most certainly not anatomically correct in shape and size.QL57812 wrote:I dated a girl who was about 5'2" and she had tiny hands and feet (size US 5), which I thought was really sexy. But I agree on the legs. She had a nice, fit-looking curve to her thighs and calves and the dolls that height seem to have skinny legs, which I don't find all that appealing.

I have an OR156H too, and again, I want her to look like a scaled down version of a full-sized woman.Taffer wrote:Um...if you're doll is 135cm is doesn't really matter what she's based on, you don't really have a dog in the realism conversation. I was just trying to make the point that the doll height doesn't determine the buyer's preference for proportion.
Re: Unrealistic Scale?
That's fine, nothing wrong with wanting something that isn't overly realistic in real life, heck sometimes I'd love to shove it between a couple of ZZ cups and go to town, doesn't even need to be a doll attached in that scenarioZZZZ wrote:I have an OR156H too, and again, I want her to look like a scaled down version of a full-sized woman.Taffer wrote:Um...if you're doll is 135cm is doesn't really matter what she's based on, you don't really have a dog in the realism conversation. My point is, the small breast/realistic body proportions crowd is right about one thing, there are far to few if any options for a large breasted girl with even semi realistic proportions. It's great that they have you covered, all we are talking about here is having more options
Re: Unrealistic Scale?
You're talking to "the more options guy". Have you seen all the polls? Here's the latest post in my long thread on the subject:Taffer wrote:My point is, the small breast/realistic body proportions crowd is right about one thing, there are far to few if any options for a large breasted girl with even semi realistic proportions. Re: Unrealistic Scale?
Many including myself have always talked about the need to reduce dolls weight when they can , the feet is just one of many ways they do it. I have talked about the idea of a inner body shell over jointed skeleton frame with a 1/4? skin molding to make the doll half? the current weight , but it is just a problem of figuring out how to do it (if possible at all).
Re: Unrealistic Scale?
Many men come to dolls because women have become too assertive for men, too masculine, so whilst weight important we try to keep our doll figures better feminine. Big hands more masculine.

Re: Unrealistic Scale?
But some women do have small hands and feet. I saw a lady the other night while I was out shopping who had large breasts, a small waist, nice shapely butt, and small feet.
Although she would certainly be a rarity, she looked just like a doll that had come to life.
Girlfriends are for guys who haven't found the right doll yet.
I feel much better now that I've given up hope.
