Why cant i send personal messages?

Why cant i send pm:s any more? For some reason, when im trying to send a personal message today, the message just got stuck in the "outbox" folder and is not being sent? What is going on? I have tried 3 times but its not working.

I think it stays in the outbox until the receiver opens it.

Every pm stays in your outbox as long as the receiver didn't open his inbox.
The receiver must not open the pm, just seeing it in his inbox moves it from your outbox to your sent messages.

Yes I got the same one from you three times, I just had not read them as yet as was not logged in.
